mu8888 Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined:

• "Platform" or "mu8888" refers to the website mu8888.wine together with all services, games and features provided on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses mu8888 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a player to access the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a player's account at any given time, including real money and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, added value or promotional incentives offered by mu8888 to players.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total bet amount that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "We", "Our Platform" refers to the management and operations of mu8888.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use mu8888, you must meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 and above at the time of registration.
• Acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not subject to any local or international legal prohibition relating to online gambling.
• Provide true, accurate and complete identity information during registration — including full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or passport, mobile phone number, and an active email address.
• Be prepared to undergo an identity verification process (KYC) when requested by mu8888 to meet compliance requirements.

Each individual is allowed only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all related accounts being frozen and any balances forfeited.

3. Account Use

Each player is fully responsible for the security of their account. This includes:

• Keeping the account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring that the device used to log in to mu8888 is secure and free from malicious software.
• Notifying the mu8888 support team immediately if there is any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating personal information if any changes occur, particularly mobile phone number and email address.

mu8888 has the right to suspend or restrict account access for security purposes, technical review, or for reasons set out in these terms. In such situations, the player will be contacted via email or live chat.

4. Deposits and Payments

mu8888 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysia players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except cryptocurrency transactions, which are re-valued based on the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

mu8888 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, however players should check the terms of their own e-wallet provider or bank regarding any transfer fees that may be imposed by that provider.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawal processing time generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.

Additional conditions relating to withdrawals:

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the last deposit, for security purposes.
• Players must meet any applicable bonus wagering requirements before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Full identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits.
• mu8888 has the right to delay withdrawals until a security review is completed if any suspicious activity is detected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mu8888 offers various promotions to players, including a welcome bonus, VIP programme and other periodic offers. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that may vary by promotion type.

First Deposit Welcome Bonus: mu8888 offers a bonus of 120% up to RM1,500 on the first deposit. The wagering requirement that must be met is 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

VIP Programme: Active players may qualify to move up to higher VIP tiers. There are three VIP levels:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the mu8888 platform are operated based on established fair rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final once processed by the system.
• mu8888 is not responsible for any outcome resulting from a player's internet connection disruption during a game session.
• If a technical disruption affects a game outcome, mu8888 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the player.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mu8888 platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Opening or using more than one account, whether directly or through a representative.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the game or betting system.
• Attempts at money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to another party.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information during the KYC process.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.

mu8888 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of carrying out the above activities. If proven, all funds in the relevant account may be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

9. Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the mu8888 support team. Any eligible balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

mu8888 also reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity confirmed by the security team.
• A self-exclusion request made by the player.
• An order from the relevant authority or law enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

mu8888 operates according to industry best practices and provides a safe and fair platform. However, mu8888 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting or game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence (for example, sharing their password).
• Third-party information that may be inaccurate or outdated.

mu8888's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

11. Amendments to Terms

mu8888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the mu8888 platform after an amendment notice is considered full acceptance of the updated terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment are advised to stop using the platform and close their account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 9.

12. Governing Law

mu8888 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulations set by the relevant licensing body. This platform operates lawfully within the framework of international gambling laws governing online gambling operations.

Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through the process established by the mu8888 management, taking into account the interests of all parties involved.
